My partner coaches extend my own range of approaches and bring other business and coaching experience to the coaching relationship. Together we make sure you will have the best possible coach for your individual needs, whether you are an individual looking for a coaching programme or an organisation looking for a team to develop larger coaching programmes.
My executive coaching works with the coaching relationship as a key vehicle of change. It’s through the working relationship that you will gain the increased self-awareness and self-understanding that will enable you to make conscious and well-judged choices and decisions and convey your authenticity. In combination, these factors – self-awareness, self-understanding, conscious decision-making and authenticity – will release your leadership potential.
